Course Overview:

The Corporate Analyst Course is designed to equip learners with the essential skills required to analyze business performance, evaluate financial data, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. This course combines finance, business strategy, and analytical tools to prepare participants for roles in corporate analysis, consulting, and business development.

You Will Learn:

Accounts ( basic to intermediate)– Golden rules, journal entries, ledger, trial balance, final accounts, BRS, accounting standards, depreciation methods.

Finance (basic to intermediate)– Financial statements, ratio analysis, time value of money, break-even analysis, capital markets basics, budgeting & forecasting.

Tax – Income tax basics, exemptions & deductions, TDS, GST structure & rates, PAN/TAN/GSTIN basics.

HR & Career Skills – Interview preparation strategies, LinkedIn profile optimization, mock interview practice with feedback, group discussion tips & practice, corporate communication skills.

Timeline:

It will be for 1 month every saturday and sunday + Exam + Certificate + online
